Orders & Personalisation

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
We start working on your order shortly after it’s placed, so once production begins, we can’t make changes or cancellations.
Please double-check all personalisation details (names, dates, spellings, design options, etc.) before confirming your order.

Q: How do I add personalisation details?
Personalisation boxes are available on each product page. Simply enter your required details before adding the item to your basket.
If you have a specific request not listed, contact us first — we’ll confirm if we can accommodate it.

Q: Can I order without personalisation?
Yes, some of our items can be ordered without customisation. If the option isn’t shown, that product is personalised by default.

Q: What happens if I make a mistake on my personalisation?
We can’t refund or replace items with errors caused by incorrect details entered by the customer.
If the mistake is on our part, we’ll remake or refund the item right away.

Processing & Production Time

Q: How long will my order take to make?
Production times vary depending on the product and order volume.
Average turnaround is usually 2–5 working days, but during busy periods (like Christmas or seasonal events), this may extend slightly.

Up-to-date timeframes are shown on product pages and confirmed at checkout.

Q: Can I request a rush order?
If you need an item quickly, email us at hello@thequirkygiftco.com before ordering.
We’ll let you know if we can meet your deadline or offer an express upgrade (if available).

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout, based on your location, order size, and delivery method.
All prices are subject to change, but the checkout page will always display the most accurate and up-to-date cost before payment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International orders can take longer depending on location and customs processing. Estimated times are provided at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?
If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, the tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
First, check your order confirmation and tracking details.
If your parcel is delayed, please allow the full delivery window before contacting us.
If it’s been marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local delivery office or courier directly.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or cancellations on personalised or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error made by us.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you include receipts or invoices in parcels?
No, we don’t include printed invoices by default — perfect for sending gifts directly to the recipient.
If you need a digital invoice, contact us and we’ll email one to you.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Some items include gift-ready packaging or optional gift wrap — details will be shown on the product page.
