Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from The Quirky Gift Co.. Each item is handmade and often personalised, so please review the following carefully before purchasing.


1. Personalised and Custom Items

Because our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications:

  • Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

  • Please double-check spellings, dates, and customisation details before confirming your order.

We will, however, replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalisation error caused by us.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including standard postage costs, if applicable).


3. Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised products, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.


4. Lost or Delayed Parcels

We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed, please allow the full postal timeframe before contacting us — we’ll assist in tracking and resolution where possible.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
