All of our items are handmade to order.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched together once all items are complete.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please reach out to the courier directly. We cannot refund or replace items once marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
