Your gifts are made to order in North Wales, so please allow time for us to make them before delivery begins. For a typical UK order, production takes around 1–3 working days, followed by 1–3 working days for delivery after dispatch.

These are estimates. The delivery options, cost and estimated arrival shown at checkout are the ones to check before you pay.

Making and dispatching your order

Most of our products are made or personalised after you order. If a product has a different production time, check its product page. During busy periods, making your order may take longer than usual.

If you order more than one item, we may send them together when everything is ready. We’ll email you when your order is dispatched and include tracking information where the delivery service provides it.

Delivery costs and destinations

Available delivery methods and their prices depend on your address, basket and chosen service. You’ll see the current options and costs at checkout before payment. Any free delivery offer will be shown clearly where it applies.

We deliver across the UK and to many international destinations. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, get in touch before ordering. Carrier availability and customs restrictions can occasionally limit a destination or delay a parcel.

UK delivery

UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. This is the journey time only; the 1–3 working days we usually need to make your gift comes first. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.

International delivery and customs

Delivery outside the UK takes longer and varies by destination. The estimate shown for your country is a guide, and customs or local carrier processing may add time.

Import duties and tariffs are paid by The Quirky Gift Co. For international destinations available at checkout, The Quirky Gift Co. covers any applicable customs duties or tariffs on your order. You should not have to pay those duties or tariffs to receive your parcel.

Import VAT, local sales taxes and carrier clearance, brokerage or handling fees are separate charges and are not covered by The Quirky Gift Co. Depending on your destination and delivery service, they may be shown at checkout or requested by the customs authority or carrier before delivery. Please check your country’s rules or ask us before ordering if you are unsure.

If a carrier asks you to pay an import duty or tariff, please contact us with your order number and a copy of the request before paying. We will work with the carrier to resolve it. If you have already paid a duty or tariff on your order with The Quirky Gift Co, send us the receipt so we can reimburse that charge.

Delays and address details

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, postal disruption, busy periods, customs checks and carrier delays can affect arrival. If there is a problem, we’ll help you investigate it.

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct when you order. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned, we’ll discuss the available next steps with you.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived when expected, check any tracking update and your delivery address, then email us with your order number. We’ll look into it with the delivery company.

If something arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging help us resolve it quickly. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy. This request to contact us promptly does not affect your legal rights.
