    The City of Lakes, on the banks of the Mississippi, is the subject of this Minneapolis map art print. Drawn as clean graphic art, it is a great gift for Minnesotans and Prince fans.

    Minneapolis and its neighbour St Paul form the Twin Cities on the Mississippi River. St Anthony Falls, the only natural waterfall on the Mississippi, powered the flour mills that made the city rich, and the Mill City Museum tells that story. Lakes such as Bde Maka Ska are linked by a chain of parks and trails. The Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture is a famous sight, and enclosed skyways connect downtown buildings through the cold winters. Prince grew up here, and the Mall of America lies in nearby Bloomington.
