    Point the way to one of humanity's greatest building projects with this Great Wall of China distance street sign. It makes a memorable keepsake for hikers, history fans and travellers who have walked its ramparts.

    The Great Wall of China is a series of fortifications stretching thousands of kilometres across northern China. Sections were built and rebuilt over many centuries, but much of what visitors see today dates from the Ming dynasty. Watchtowers along the wall were used to send signals with smoke and fire. Badaling and Mutianyu, both within reach of Beijing, are the most visited stretches. The wall was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1987 and is named among the New Seven Wonders of the World.

    The metal plate can be green, brown, red, black, yellow or blue, with a Clean or Rusty finish on each. There is a size for most spaces: 20 × 10cm, 28.3 × 10cm, 40.5 × 14.1cm or 45.7 × 15.2cm.
