    Trust the process became a sporting catchphrase during the Philadelphia 76ers' long NBA rebuild in the 2010s, and star Joel Embiid even took The Process as a nickname. Since then it has spread to gyms, offices and classrooms as shorthand for sticking with a plan when results are slow. Hang it above a home gym, a study, a studio or a home office.
