Remember one of the Tour's most dramatic Pyrenean afternoons with this Luz Ardiden D12 Route Sign in a long format.
Luz Ardiden is remembered for the 2003 Tour, when Lance Armstrong's handlebar caught a spectator's bag and he crashed on the lower slopes, only to remount, chase back and win the stage. Iban Mayo, who was riding beside him, was brought down in the same incident. The climb rises from the spa town of Luz-Saint-Sauveur through a series of tight switchbacks to the ski station near the summit. Crowds gather on the bends whenever the race comes through.
Rusted adds printed patina for a vintage feel; Clean stays neat and bold. As a long sign it runs from a Small 20 × 10cm strip to an XL 45.7 × 15.2cm panel, via Medium (28.3 × 10cm) and Large (40.5 × 14.1cm). As a decorative sign styled on mountain road markers, it suits a home gym, garage or office.
