    Target Field opened in downtown Minneapolis in 2010, bringing open-air baseball back to the Minnesota Twins after almost three decades under the Metrodome roof. Beyond centre field, the Minnie and Paul sign shows two players representing Minneapolis and St Paul shaking hands across the Mississippi, and it lights up after Twins home runs. Statues of club legends such as Kirby Puckett and Harmon Killebrew stand around the ballpark. Target Field hosted the 2014 All-Star Game, and its compact downtown site is served by light rail.
