Relive the Braves' Turner Field years with this distance sign, a nostalgic gift for Atlanta baseball fans and stadium collectors.
Turner Field began life as Centennial Olympic Stadium, the main venue of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, where the opening ceremony was held. After the Games it was reshaped into a ballpark and named after Braves owner Ted Turner, opening for baseball in 1997. The Braves played there for twenty seasons, winning a string of division titles, and the stadium hosted the 2000 All-Star Game. In 2017 the club moved to a new ballpark in Cobb County, and the old stadium was converted again, this time for Georgia State University football.
