Celebrate Rays baseball with this Tropicana Field distance sign, a fun gift for Tampa Bay fans and anyone collecting MLB ballparks.
Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, opened in 1990 as the Florida Suncoast Dome, built in the hope of attracting a major league team. That team arrived in 1998 as the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, later shortened to the Rays. The stadium has a tilted fixed dome, and its catwalks sometimes come into play when struck by fly balls. Fans can even touch real cownose rays in a tank beyond the outfield wall. The Rays reached the World Series in 2008 and 2020, and the roof was badly damaged by Hurricane Milton in 2024.
The plate is offered Clean or Rusty, with an arrow option for each. Order A6 for 10.5 × 14.8cm, A5 for 21 × 14.8cm, A4 for 28.3 × 19.7cm, or A3 for the full 42 × 30.5cm. The product page has a box for a distance, or an address to calculate one; please include miles or km.
